As a not-for-profit organization supporting visual and performing artists,  we offer both open and closed artist studio working spaces based on a one-year lease at the most affordable rates.

 

Each open studio member artist receives a FREE one-week solo exhibition with an opening night vernissage every year. Private studio tenants have a FREE two-week exhibition. Member artists only pay a 20% commission on sales of their artworks and they receive 80% of the sale price of their artworks sold that are displayed in the building.
