Le Centre d'art de Montréal est un centre d'art communautaire à but non lucratif qui soutient fièrement les artistes locaux depuis 2010. Situé dans l'édifice patrimonial historique du 1844, rue William à Griffintown, construit en 1879, notre centre sert de foyer créatif à des centaines d'artistes membres, offrant plus de 50 espaces de studio ouverts et privés, ainsi que des espaces supplémentaires pour les membres du Club de céramique.

Notre mission est de soutenir, d'aider et de promouvoir les artistes visuels et scéniques locaux. Nous reconnaissons les défis auxquels sont confrontés les artistes professionnels dans leur carrière et nous nous engageons à fournir une communauté forte et collaborative pour les artistes émergents, amateurs et de loisirs. Grâce à nos différents programmes d'adhésion, nous favorisons les amitiés, cultivons les stratégies et travaillons en permanence à l'amélioration du développement et des compétences de nos artistes.

Depuis sa fondation, le Centre d'art de Montréal a accueilli plus de 200 expositions d'art, présentant et offrant à la vente des milliers d'œuvres au public montréalais. Chaque année, nous sommes fiers de présenter d'importantes expositions d'art, des performances musicales, des conférences et des événements culturels, tous destinés à aider nos artistes locaux à prospérer.

Art Studios

Since 2010 the Montreal Art Centre and Museum have been the home to local visual artists through its artist studio rental programs. Located in the heart of Griffintown, the centre has 3 Art Galleries featuring the artworks of its member artists.
