We appreciate your interest in participating in our first annual Autumn Art Fair!
Due to the limited number of spaces and the number of submissions we are receiving, we will be contacting ALL submitting artists in the first week of November to announce who we have chosen to participate
We do want to make a few things clear before you submit your work;
This is not a submission to exhibit your work on our gallery walls. This is a submission to sell pieces on a table during the fair. All works must be between $5 and $500. Works must be pieces you’ve created. We accept any medium that fits on a table. (Ie. Knits, needlework, hand-made books, self-published colouring books, ceramics, jewelry, any visual arts medium, etc.). We are encouraging all participating artists to have smaller versions of their original works (such as a postcard or poster sized prints), in order to accommodate the varying budgets of our guests. We obviously do not expect you to do this before we decide who is participating, but we want to ensure that all interested participants are aware.
ALL sales made at the Autumn Art Fair are split 50-50 between the artist and PBS Mountain Lake.
The $50 deposit is refundable. This deposit is to ensure the artists’ participation and attendance at the Art Fair. Should you not show up to participate at the Art Fair with your assigned table, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.
All participating artists with tables at the Art Fair must be present during the opening hours of the Art Fair. The Montreal Art Centre will not be held responsible for any table or its contents, and therefore ask participating artists to have at least one other person available to take their place.
